How Do I Work?

I am a queer and neurodivergent woman, and I identify as an intersectional feminist. These parts of who I am naturally inform the way I work, guiding me to create a space that is inclusive, aware of oppression and discrimination, and rooted in compassion.

I work from a humanistic approach, which means I value the relationship we build together and trust in your ability to find the answers that already lie within you. I draw on a range of therapeutic modalities, adapting my approach to suit your individual needs. For me, therapy is about offering a space where your voice is heard, your feelings are valued, and your needs are understood.

My role is to provide a safe, warm, and non-judgmental space; something I believe is essential for growth, healing, and self-acceptance. Through our work, I aim to support you in developing a deeper relationship with yourself, which can, in turn, bring more joy and fulfilment into your relationships with others.

I offer 50-minute online counselling sessions for individuals (18+),

with sessions priced at £60.
